Mashed potatoes with eggs and red sauce

Ingredients:

10 medium potatoes4 tablespoons of butter1 cup of hot milk1 / 2 teaspoon of nutmeg3 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheeseSalt to taste


Preparation:


Cook the potatoes with salt.


Peel and mash well.


Add the butter and the milk to the potatoes, stir gently.


Add the remaining ingredients and whisk continuously.


Check the seasoning.


You can keep the potatoes hot in a water bath.


You can place it in a dish and take it to the oven to brown.


Serve garnished with boiled eggs and add a sweet red sauce or a red salad sauce to taste.
