Ingredients:
4 pounds of goat (ribs), chopped1 teaspoon of salt1 teaspoon of cumin1 teaspoon of pepper5 cloves of garlic, minced2 tablespoons of bread crumbsSalt to taste
Preparation:
Marinate the ribs with the salt, the cumin and the pepper, rub well with the garlic and let stand for one hour.
Place the preparation in the pressure cooker for 30 minutes.
Set aside, sprinkle with the breadcrumbs.
Place the ribs on a greased tin, and put in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for half an hour.
Accompany this dish with fried yucca, mashed potatoes and fricassee of pepitoria.
