Frozen Lemon Cake

Ingredients:

3 / 4 cups of corn flake crumbs
5 tablespoons of melted butter
2 tablespoons of sugar

For preparing ice cream:

2 separated eggs
1 can of condensed milk
1 / 3 cup of lemon juice
1 / 2 teaspoon of grated lemon peel
3 tablespoons of sugar

Optional : strawberries to decorate the cake

Preparation:

Stir the corn flakes with sugar and melted butter.

Save 3 tablespoons for later.

Take the preparation and spread it very well so that is spread evenly in a pie pan.

Press firmly onto bottom and sides.

Beat egg yolks until thick and light colored.

Combine the condensed milk and add the juice and the lemon peel.

Beat all until it is thick.

Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.

Gradually add the sugar, add the milk and shake everything.

Pour in the pan and sprinkle with the crumbs that you saved.

Put to freeze until it is firm.

To serve, cut into portions and garnish with strawberries as you see it on the picture.
