Mamey candy or mamey jelly

Ingredients:

2 pounds of mamey fruit1 1 / 2 pounds of white sugarEnough water to cover


Preparation:

Cut into small pieces and put on fire with water and sugar.



Also you can cook and pass through a sieve to make it as a jam or jelly.
