Ingredients:
1 1 / 2 pounds of yucca7 ounces of sugar6 ounces of shredded cheese1 tablespoon of butter1 cup of coconut milk2 teaspoons of aniseed2 tablespoons of the cream of the milk
Preparation:
The cheese is grated and mixed withthe uncooked yuca, also grated.
You add the butter, the sugar and the cheese.
Then begin to add the coconut milk slowly, mixing well.
Rub your hands with the anisse to dismiss it's smell, and mix all very well until you have a soft dough.
Pour all into a buttered cake pan before medium heat and cook in oven at 300 degrees for one hour or until it has a golden view on top.
This delicious dish can also be prepared by adding the grated coconut without removing the milk.
