Classic Flan

Ingredients:

1 pound of sugar3 cups of milk8 eggsVanilla to taste 
Wine to taste

Preparation:

Beat the eggs very little, just to mix well.

Then add the milk, the sugar, the wine and the vanilla and pour into a caramelized mold.

Strain the mix before you pour it on the mold .

It is cooked in the oven in a water bath, having hot water beforehand.

Bake in oven at 375 degrees for one hour, until the introduction of a straw,comes out clear.

You can decorate with chocolate cream on top.
