Ingredients:
1 pound of uchuvas
1 / 2 cup of sugar1 cup of water
1 / 2 cup of sugar1 cup of water
Preparation:
Wash the uchuvas and dry them well.
Place water and sugar to boil.
Just boil until the liquid and the sugar are very well dissolved, add the uchuvas, reduce heat and cook for about 15 minutes.
Remove from heat, pour into a glass container, let cool and refrigerate.
