Wash the guavas and remove the blackheads.
Cut them in half and remove the pulp.
In a pot, put the guava, the sugar and the water.
Cook over medium heat for 20 minutes.
Remove from heat and let stand until it is cold.
Meanwhile, beat the butter until it looks creamy.
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition of ingredients.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
