Giant meat mixture

Ingredients:

2 pounds of ground beef
1 pound of ground pork beef
1 / 4 pound of bacon, finely chopped
2 onions, grated egg
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup grated biscuits
2 eggs, beaten
2 carrots, cooked and cut into strips
4 boiled eggs
1 cup mustard
2 tablespoons of  chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

Mix well the meat with the bacon, the onion, the garlic, the cake, the eggs, the mustard, the cumin, sthe alt and the pepper.

Knead well and spread on a big table, in the middle, place the cooked eggs and the carrots, roll everything.

Place on a greased pan and preheated to 350 degrees for one hour.

When cooked, sprinkle with parsley and garnish with small strips of red pepper.
